其實我也在準備BEC-Higher。 想考BEC，首先我們要弄清楚：BEC（商務英語）是以工作場合為背景的與商務相關的英語語言，是為了方便差塵商務中交流的。
BEC考試分四個部分：閱讀、寫作、聽力、口語，也就是考查大家的聽、說、告棚讀、寫.。相信你也看過BEC的分數和成績標準：BEC高級分為4個部分加起來總分120分，每部分為30分。考生等級以4個部分所得的總分為虛友禪基礎，等級分為A、B、C、D、E，A為最優成績，至少達到C才能算過。
這四個部分可以分開來訓練，但訓練過程中最好有本詞匯在，這是語言學習的基礎。
一、閱讀：
首先我們要了解到，BEC里的閱讀材料都是選自：報紙、商業雜志、商務郵件、書籍、傳單及商品手冊等與日常工作相關的文獻。這樣我們就大縮小了閱讀訓練的范圍，平時可以有選擇性的看相關的書。要強調的是，閱讀考試篇幅都比較長，要養成快速閱讀的習慣。
二、寫作：
分兩部分：1.根據示意圖寫一篇短小的報告（120~140字）。2.選擇寫一篇商務函件、一篇短小的報告或一份建議書（200~250字）。建立考前背一些好的例文，最好是能總結出一些好的寫作模版。
三、聽力
體裁取自各種來源不同的聽力錄音，包括訪談、面對面的交談及紀錄片，都與商務相關。可以做幾套真題，先不看測試題，然后反復的聽，開始不需要每個單詞都聽的很清楚，反復聽幾遍后，就大致知道說的什么了，我是連續聽了五遍才知道大致講的什么的。
四、口語
如果有一起考的同學，可以找個搭檔一起練，大家可以想好幾個話題，然后一起討論，最好規定一個發言時間，讓雙方都有發言的機會。
