    Long ago the people of Taiwan were happy. They were farmers, but they also hunted animals and fished on their beautiful island. However, one day the Sun and the Moon disappeared(消失)! The people were scared(驚恐的) and didn’t know what to do.

    對(duì)這次英語(yǔ)的考試成績(jī),我覺(jué)得非常的慚愧,學(xué)生分?jǐn)?shù)差距讓我陷入了深深的教學(xué)反思之中。我想我很有必要查找和分析其中的原因了,而且是非常緊迫。

    一、首先,我覺(jué)得最重要的原因之一就是我對(duì)學(xué)生真實(shí)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)狀況不夠了解。一開(kāi)始我覺(jué)得他們能考進(jìn)高中,說(shuō)明他們的學(xué)習(xí)狀況還是可以的,我對(duì)他們比較放心的。于是我對(duì)他們的要求就嘗試了側(cè)重自主學(xué)習(xí),強(qiáng)調(diào)英語(yǔ)的預(yù)習(xí)和復(fù)習(xí),指導(dǎo)他們自己整理《筆記本》和《糾錯(cuò)本》。并且我也注重和他們強(qiáng)調(diào)初高中的上課模式和學(xué)習(xí) 方法 是有所區(qū)別的。老師和學(xué)生之間有一個(gè)彼此適應(yīng)和磨合的過(guò)程,我們一起共同努力。然而經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的上課,我發(fā)現(xiàn),他們的自覺(jué)性和自學(xué)能力和我的預(yù)想相差太大,很多靠自己自覺(jué)完成的整理和鞏固均未很好去做。上課反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)過(guò)的語(yǔ)言點(diǎn),練習(xí)中一模一樣做過(guò)的題目,講評(píng)訂正過(guò)依然錯(cuò)誤率極高。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)上的問(wèn)題一是說(shuō)明上課效率和效果極差;二是課后沒(méi)有及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)鞏固;三是沒(méi)弄明白的題目沒(méi)有問(wèn)。

    二、我覺(jué)得另一重要原因就是我對(duì)學(xué)生真實(shí)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)水平不夠了解。自從我接班以來(lái),我試圖盡我自己最大的努力來(lái)了解學(xué)生。從以前他們的中考成績(jī),學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)來(lái)看,兩極分化存在還是比較嚴(yán)重的,,但我很有信心能幫助學(xué)生提高英語(yǔ)成績(jī)。有同學(xué)提出單詞不會(huì)讀,我就一遍又一遍地領(lǐng)讀。平時(shí)上課時(shí)除了講述新課的內(nèi)容,還聯(lián)系了以前初中的知識(shí)要點(diǎn),做到知識(shí)的遷移和提升。在教學(xué)中我越來(lái)越發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生初中的知識(shí)很不理想,所以,我指導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)較弱的學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)鞏固初中的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí);對(duì)學(xué)有余力的學(xué)生加強(qiáng)課外閱讀。很多同學(xué)的筆記記得相當(dāng)認(rèn)真,學(xué)習(xí)積極性和課后問(wèn)問(wèn)題的同學(xué)也多了。再加上月考也比以前有進(jìn)步。所以綜合以上情況,我對(duì)這個(gè)班的教學(xué)很有信心,也很放心。然而,也許就是橡棗因?yàn)槲姨判牧耍赃@次的成績(jī)完全出乎我的意料,讓我很不知所措。我想我也許對(duì)他們的真實(shí)情況還不夠了解透徹吧。于是我找了很多同學(xué)進(jìn)行了一次深談。發(fā)現(xiàn)上課的筆記是槐蠢認(rèn)真記的,但是回去的復(fù)習(xí)鞏固工作就做得很差了。作業(yè)不認(rèn)真應(yīng)付老師,所以作業(yè)質(zhì)量不高。有些任課老師的作業(yè)較多,也較嚴(yán)格嚴(yán)厲,不敢怠慢,所以英語(yǔ)的很多軟性復(fù)習(xí)也就一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)的得過(guò)且過(guò)了。班級(jí)沒(méi)有學(xué)習(xí)特別尖的同學(xué)在班里帶頭,大家的學(xué)習(xí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng),英語(yǔ)考試高分沒(méi)有,平均分就更低了。

    三、對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)檢查落實(shí)不夠、對(duì)學(xué)生作業(yè)和資料的完成督促落實(shí)不到位,部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)偷工減料,學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)欠賬較多,考試成績(jī)自然差了。以后我要一切從頭開(kāi)始幫他們好好補(bǔ)了。至于采取措施就是我要抓的更到位些,更嚴(yán)格些,做到事事有著落,件件有落實(shí)。此外,英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)效率低下也是導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)提不上去的重要原因。

    上周四的月考結(jié)果出來(lái)了,本班成績(jī)是意料之中的糟糕,從入學(xué)成績(jī)來(lái)看,我班英語(yǔ)有20幾個(gè)不及格,這就已經(jīng)奠定了后來(lái)的結(jié)果,很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也許,是真的我水平有限,都是從初一接手的新生,差距怎么就這么大呢?

    從成績(jī)分析來(lái)看,滿分有3個(gè),90分以上的20個(gè)。差距就在這一部分上,在平時(shí)上課提問(wèn)來(lái)看,只有這一部分同學(xué)比較積極,而80分以上的有12個(gè),這些同學(xué),需要在平時(shí)多加提問(wèn)和關(guān)注,爭(zhēng)取到更高的層次上來(lái)。70分以上的只有2個(gè),60分的只有一個(gè),中間力量太薄弱了,可以爭(zhēng)取的太少了。剩下不及格的,都在十幾二十幾三十幾分左右,真的是太難提高了,而且,這部分同學(xué)不光英語(yǔ)不及格,其他科目也這樣,我現(xiàn)在束手無(wú)策了。不過(guò),我也不能放棄他們,在期梁明拆中考試之前,多下點(diǎn)功夫,希望能有所提高。英語(yǔ)在現(xiàn)在來(lái)說(shuō)還是比較重要的科目,如果一開(kāi)始就不及格,就很難再提高了,所以,對(duì)那一部分不及格和六七十分的同學(xué),課后補(bǔ)補(bǔ)課,能提高多少是多少吧。

    形容詞性物主代詞的用法和形容詞的用法相似,具有形容詞的性質(zhì),在句中作定語(yǔ),修飾名詞,一般放在被修飾的名詞前,不能單獨(dú)使用。如果名詞前還有其他的定語(yǔ),物主代詞要放在其他定語(yǔ)的前面。

    4.be動(dòng)詞用法

    (1)be動(dòng)詞(am, is, are)這三個(gè)動(dòng)詞常用做連系動(dòng)詞,在句子中起連接主語(yǔ)和表語(yǔ)的作用。

    This is my mother.這是我的媽媽。

    I am nine.我九歲了。

    You are my good friend.你是我的好朋友。

    (2)be動(dòng)詞三種形式的使用主要取決于主語(yǔ)。主語(yǔ)是第一人稱I(我)時(shí),用“am”;主語(yǔ)是第二人稱you(你,你們)或名詞及代詞的復(fù)數(shù)時(shí)用“are”;主語(yǔ)是第三人稱單數(shù)“it/ he /she(它/他/她)或名詞及代詞單數(shù)時(shí),用“is”。

    (3)“am , is, are”的意思是“是”,但不能處處翻譯成“是”。例:How are you?你好嗎?

    5.What引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問(wèn)句

    英語(yǔ)中用于提出疑問(wèn)的句子叫疑問(wèn)句。以“what”等特殊疑問(wèn)詞開(kāi)頭的句子叫特殊疑問(wèn)句。用法如下:

    (1)詢問(wèn)姓名:- What's your name?你的名字是什么? -Alan. 艾倫。

    (2)詢問(wèn)某物用英語(yǔ)怎么說(shuō):-What's this in English? -It's a telephone.這是一部電話。

    (3)詢問(wèn)電話號(hào)碼. -What's your telephone / phone number? 你的電話號(hào)碼是多少?

    It's 563-4789. 是5634789。

    6. 基數(shù)詞的用法

    數(shù)詞分為兩大類:基數(shù)詞和序數(shù)詞,表示“多少”的為基數(shù)詞;表示“第幾”的為序數(shù)詞。基數(shù)詞有“zero, one, two”等;序數(shù)詞我們剛學(xué)了一個(gè)“first”(第一)。

    其中基數(shù)詞的用法如下:

    (1)表示數(shù)字、年齡、日期等,在句中可作主語(yǔ)、定語(yǔ)和表語(yǔ)。

    -What's two and five? 二加上五等于幾?

    -Seven.七。(表示數(shù)字)

    -How old is it ?它幾歲了?

    -It's four.它四歲了。(表示年齡)

    -What's the date today?今天幾月幾日?

    -It's October 3. 10月3日。(表示日期)

    (2)表示編號(hào)。

    (3)表示號(hào)碼,如電話號(hào)碼、門牌號(hào)、身份證號(hào)等,按單個(gè)基數(shù)詞讀出“0”可以讀成字母o的讀音或zero;相連的相同兩位數(shù)可以讀成double(雙寫的)+基數(shù)詞。

    (4)表示時(shí)刻.

    7. 漢語(yǔ)名字在英語(yǔ)中的寫法

    中國(guó)人名是姓在前,名在后姓和名的首字母都要大寫且中間空一格,若名為兩個(gè)字中間不加空格,只需第一字的首字母大寫。
